This Shimano XTR M9000 Shadow 11-Speed Rear Mech features a refined Shadow RD Plus clutch rear derailleur, a new front derailleur structure and a new XTR chain (CN-HG900-11), to offer industry-leading drivetrain stability.

Improved Shifting

This XTR rear derailleur has Shimano's Shadow design, which optimises the slant angle to lower shift effort. In turn, the XTR rear derailleur has improved shifting and driving stability as the derailleur's low-profile delivers protection from harm’s way. The new Shadow clutch has a simpler external clutch adjustment, and the Shimano XTR M9000 Shadow 11-Speed Rear Mech has a wider range of adjustment for easier setup.

Improved cable pull ratio provides a more accurate shift action

Specifically designed to work with XTR M9000 11-speed Dyna-Sys 11-40T cassette and drivetrain or other wide ratio cassette like SunRace 46T, 50T

Durable sealed bearing pulleys for low friction

Top normal spring uses the spring to select higher gears
